Eyebright Eye Wash
Here is a great recipe that is quick and easy and will help with irritated eyes or a natural way to wash your eyes in the event you get dust or debris in them. I haven’t gotten to the “E” section yet, so you’ll have to stay tuned to get the full information on Eyebright. Just kidding, that information is everywhere on the internet.
Ingredients:
2 cups water
2 tbsp fresh leaves or 2 tsp dried leaves
Directions:
Boil the 2 cups of water and add the herb.
After is has boiled for 20 minutes, take off of heat and let cool
Strain and use immediately
